You are responsible for the store you create on Digikadai — its name, branding, product listings, pricing, inventory and customer communications. Keep your login credentials private; anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
You agree not to list, sell, ship or promote any goods or services that are illegal under Indian law or the laws of the buyer's location. This includes but is not limited to: narcotics, weapons, counterfeit or replica goods, endangered wildlife products, stolen items, prescription drugs without licence, adult content involving minors, and any product whose sale requires a licence you do not hold.
Digikadai may remove listings, suspend stores or terminate accounts that violate this clause, without notice and without refund.
Digikadai does not provide a payment gateway and does not process, hold, or settle your customers' funds. You connect your own payment provider (such as UPI, QR code, Stripe, Razorpay, Cashfree, or any other gateway you choose) directly to your store. You are solely responsible for the transactions you route through that provider.
You agree not to route any transaction that is fraudulent, that launders money, that funds illegal activity, or that represents a sale prohibited by clause 2. You must issue accurate receipts, honour refunds you owe, and comply with all applicable tax obligations (including GST).
Chargebacks, disputes, penalties, and any fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility. Digikadai is not a party to any sale between you and your customer and has no access to or control over your payment settlements.
You are responsible for fulfilling orders you accept — shipping, tracking, delivery, returns and customer support. Cash-on-Delivery orders remain your commercial risk; Digikadai provides tooling but is not a party to the sale.
You keep ownership of the images, text and branding you upload, and you grant Digikadai a limited licence to host and display them for the purpose of running your store. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload and will not infringe anyone else's trademarks, copyrights or privacy.
Do not attempt to break, probe or overload the platform, scrape data you have no right to, impersonate other merchants, or use Digikadai to send spam. We may rate-limit or suspend accounts that harm the service or other users.
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can downgrade or cancel at any time from your dashboard; you remain responsible for any transactions completed before cancellation.
Digikadai provides the platform "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or damages arising from your sales, your customers' actions, or third-party service outages.
